Ok, so I’ve collapsed two blogs into one since I’m too lazy to update them separately. From now on, rantings about the mundane real life, useless ramblings of how I missed the bus, and RAVINGS about certain anime, manga, seiyuu, YAOI (oh love) will all be HERE.
As all things should begin with: happy events. Boy was it full of happy ones today. I made a horrible mistake of bringing my mum to town (that woman gets lost in town, I’ve no idea why… it’s just so bizarre… I live in a freaking city-island. How do you get lost in a place so SMALL!?). Going to town only means two things to me: Kinokuniya and dangerously low bank account. So I kinda made a silent promise to myself, I shall not buy ANYTHING from Kino till the month’s over.
Yeah right.
I spent near to a whopping hundred bucks in a blink of an eye. Thank god for christmas sales where things go at a 20% discount rate. It could have been worse. I just couldn’t help it. I am like a child on Xmas mornings in a bookstore. It was quite painful ‘cos I had to choose. Oh choice, you’re a thing of pain and sin! You see, since I’ve decided to put a cap at 100 bucks, there was only a limit to what I can swipe off the shelf. So I was faced with the choice of EITHER Neil Gaiman’s brand new book, The Graveyard Book and Friedrich Nietzsche’s Thus Spoke Zarathustra, OR Rozen Maiden (Special Reprinted Edition), Inuyasha (which I had been lagging behind for MONTHS now) and Ai Ore! (which is the best gender bender series I’ve ever read!)
Well.. my rationality lost to my frivolous instincts and as you can see… the latter won. But oh I’m so happy! I’ll buy the books next time. I’ll just be content to read the Derrida-Habermas Reader for a while longer. XD
A second good news!

Full Metal Alchemist, official sources have finally confirmed long-circulating rumors of a Season 2. The new season will be launched in April 2009! (Yay, they’re milking the cash cow again!) More news will be coming up on the brand new website at the end of this month. ^.^ More Paku Romi!!!
Oh boy, it already feels like Christmas!!!
