There is something incredibly soft and romantic in this anime. Everything about it exudes an European dreaminess. The water colours are picturesque, the music is soothing, the unique 3D animation, and the characters… ohhh the CHARACTERS. MOE~~~ European gentlemen with megane in a candlelight restaurant setting. *swoons* It is incredibly sexaaay. It reminded me so much of Antique Bakery.
Ok, so the story goes… that Nicoletta came to Rome in search of her mother and wound up in this little restaurant of her mother’s husband. The place is full of glasses-wearing gentleman exuding charm and sexiness. It’s no surprise that Nicolette would end up falling in love with one of them… but apparently, he is a divorcee who’s still in love with his ex-wife… Mmmn… will we get another ambiguous ending like Antique Bakery?
